- With the money you paid, the stay definitely value for money. Overall i pretty satisfied with all the services provided, eg clean bathroom, free 2 bottles of water, water dispenser near the check in counter with free coffee, air-conditioner and a TV in the room.
- The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel was surrounded by shops and very closed to TF Mart.

- The room cleanliness is terrible! There are cob webs in the room and bathroom, there are dirt and mold at the corners of the bathroom, the air wasn't cold even at its lowest temperature and when you shine the light in the AC unit, its filled with thick layers of dust and dirt, it looked like it has not been serviced for several years. There are constantly ants, flies and bugs everywhere , even on the bed! My co-workers are foreigners, the staff at the place even called the immigration officers to come to "check" on them. Extremely terrible place for the OYO branding! Worst of its kind!
- The air-conditioner was not working well, the sound was pretty disturbing during the sleep. Besides, the system was not stable, it was cold and hot throughout the night, I dint really sleep well the entire night. It would be good if the room comes with a fan, at least there is an option to choose. Besides, a fan would be sufficient during a cold and raining season.
- It's very hard to change the date in this app. I suggest the app provides better customer service.

Staff was helpful . I like the rooms because it has its own bathroom. Aircon is working well.
Some stuff are spoiled like the door to the bathroom.. and the main door of the room is hard to close,need to pull harder.
